Despite the long sounding name NLP really is very simple to understand. Every experience we have had has a structure made up through our five senses.

It can help to understand NLP even better if you think of your brain as a computer which has had a great deal of input over the years, some good, some not so good. If you took the time to think about just who it was that did your programming you may say to yourself I would have done it differently’ With NLP it is possible to do that.

By understanding that each experience has a structure it is possible to change that structure in order to get much better results, overcome difficulties and discover new ways of being much more effective in any given area and this is just the beginning.

It is also possible to learn how others who do things really well, manage to do so and therefore replicate that success in any given area. This is known as Modelling in NLP and is the basis of what NLP is all about.

Because NLP works with the structure an experience it is possible to bring about rapid change with a great many symptoms and conditions.

I personally have benefited from using NLP in my own life and, as you will read in my testimonial section, so have many of my clients.

The only way to really understand NLP is to have an experience.
If you want to, read through the following information first and then follow my instructions and just give yourself the freedom to experience a difference.

 So sit back, relax and take a nice slow deep breath and as you release it just allow any tensions to disappear.

Now take the time to think of a pleasant experience and as one just pops into your mind, notice whether you see it as a picture or is it a feeling or does it have any particular sounds.

If it’s a picture try making it a bit brighter and notice how it feels, if it’s a good feeling allow it to travel all around your body and if there are sounds make them sound really gooooood, maybe make the voice softer and more appealing and allow yourself to become fully immersed in this wonderful experience and when you are ready just allow yourself to come back to where you are now, and before you do, if you want this experience to stay this way then that’s fine or you can change it back to how it was at the start.
